Navigating the complex processes involved with children's services can be overwhelming for families. At Crest Social Services, we offer family advice services to support families who are currently involved with or at risk of being involved with children’s social services.

Child Protection and Safeguarding Advice: We help families understand child protection procedures and work to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge they need to navigate assessments, child protection plans, and court proceedings.

Guidance on Parental Rights and Responsibilities: Our experts provide advice on the rights and responsibilities of parents and caregivers in relation to social services. We help families communicate effectively with social workers, schools, and other agencies.

Support for Positive Family Outcomes: We work with families to develop strategies that promote family stability and ensure that children's needs are met. This includes advice on accessing community resources, improving parenting practices, and resolving conflicts.
